As part of our strategic plan to increase the supply of affordable housing, Junction Housing has an active property development arm. Working with the private sector – including property developers, builders and financial institutions – and government, Junction Housing manages the entire affordable housing property development cycle from feasibility through to project delivery.
Junction Housing is currently managing approximately $20 million in property development work and anticipates future funding opportunities to support the continued growth of its housing stock.
