Current Housing Projects:

 

In late 2009 Junction Housing was successful in securing capital grants and ongoing funding commitments to support the development of 86 dwellings. Projects include a range of Greenfield development sites and some infill projects in metropolitan locations.

 

Below are examples of some of the exciting projects currently underway.

 

Greenfield developments

Anniversary Apartments – Anticipated completion mid 2011

Anniversary Apartments is an innovative affordable housing project consisting of 21 dwellings designed to 6 star energy efficiency standards by Fairmont Homes. In an innovative partnership with Council the project also includes provision for connection to a recycled storm water system to be built by the City of Onkaparinga.

 

Junction Housing gratefully acknowledges the financial support of the Wyatt Benevolent Institution and State & Federal Government for this unique housing development.

The Reserve – Anticipated completion mid 2011

Located on a prominent site within The Point development, The Reserve will consist of 14 dwellings to be built by Rossdale Homes. The development will offer residents easy access to the Coast to Vines walking and bike trail and the amenity of an adjoining fully landscaped local reserve.

 

 

Infill developments

Sturt - Anticipated completion mid 2011

Currently awaiting planning approval we are seeking to develop three new dwellings in this desirable metropolitan location. Feasibility and design was entirely managed in-house by the Junction Housing development team.
